Make a pulp of 3 to 4 large strawberries and add a pinch of salt in it. Clean your teeth with cloth and apply generous amount of that pulp on your teeth. Leave it for 4 to 5 minutes and rinse your mouth with water. It works well if done at night.

6. Coconut Oil

Directions to Use
Take a tablespoon full scoop of coconut oil and put it in your mouth. Push it around your teeth for 10 to 15 minutes and spit it out. Now brush your teeth as usual you do.

7. Charcoal

Besides it being black in color, Charcoal is one of the best teeth whitener you can have. It sounds bit wearied but charcol is powerful crystal chemical which helps to whiten teeth. Use some charcoal powder along with your toothpaste and brush your teeth gently. Doing this twice will help.

Salt is one of the common product used to cleanse teeth especially in India. Salt not only prevents cavities and gum problems but also makes teeth whiter. Use common salt to brush your teeth or you can put pinch of salt every time you brush along with regular toothpaste. Make sure you don;t use excess amount of salt, only a small pinch is enough to gain benefits.

9. Brush Twice a Day

Not just for white teeth that sparkle like pearls but for overall oral and gum health you need to brush your teeth twice a day. You normally do brush your teeth at morning but brushing your teeth before going to bed is more important than at morning. Because your mouth is full of germs and bacteria resulting from food you ate throughout the day.
